MINI-MARKETING AUDIT

Our Mini-Marketing Audit is a quick and low cost way to identify how effective your marketing is likely to be at increasing your visibility, building recognition and trust with local families and attracting new clients either as a funeral director or celebrant.

  • Customer journey during the funeral arrangements, the funeral itself and your follow up afterwards

How it works

STEP ONE:
Firstly we evaluate 
your business against 100 questions giving you a score out of 3 for each one. 

​

We look at how your business ranks when we search online for example "funeral director in <town>". 

​

We look at your website and evaluate the customer experience through the site and how well it is likely to perform at converting website visitors into clients. 

​

We look at your social media marketing activity and see how well your activity is likely to perform at increasing awareness of your business and helping your to connect with local families.  

​

STEP TWO:
After we have undertaken this initial assessment, we arrange a 1 hour video call with you to ask you additional questions about the areas of marketing which we can't evaluate with online research. 

For example, we will ask you about your marketing plans, your brand, customer journeys and the client experience during the arrangement process and funeral. 

STEP THREE:
We will then complete the Mini-Marketing Audit and to give you a score, which will help you identify where you need to focus your efforts most.

We'll also give you our top tips, quick wins and recommendations for longer term improvements. 

​

You can choose to have this delivered in a  number of ways:

  • A PDF document only

  • A PDF document and a video recording which includes commentary to explain the score and recommendations.

  • A PDF document plus a live video call to allow you to ask questions. The video call is recorded and sent to you afterwards for you to refer back to at any time.
